The voice must come from deep belly space. • The ideal time for chanting this mantra is early in the morning from 4 am. Preferably the chanting must always be before meal and not after the meal. • When this mantra is chanted in group, it gives more powerful results.• For improving marital relationships, this mantra can be chanted together by the couple. This can significantly amplify the effect. • this mantra can be chanted from anywhere. There are no special formalities to chant this mantra. You can even chant it lying on the bed.
