$5.8m James Ibori Loot Recovery from United Kingdom was returned to the Federal Government of Nigeria through Bilateral agreement signed between Nigeria and UK. Last week a tranche of £4.2million ($5.8mllion) was received by the Nigeria Government. Since the when the Agreement was signed, the argument arose as to who has right over the repatriated loot.
