Montage of the 2019 Labor Day 5 Miler

This Labor Day, I went and ran 5 miles in downtown Columbia, South Carolina with over 175 other race participants in what is becoming a Soda City tradition. The route takes you through various parts of the Shandon neighborhood with sections of Five Points along the way. This is a race put on by Strictly Running and you had a choice of two colors to choose from; the shirt itself is a Tultex shirt, a thin, cotton blend that is soft and feels great to the touch.
