বিএনপির ভারপ্রাপ্ত চেয়ারম্যান তারেক রহমান বলেছেন, সংস্কার একটি চলমান প্রক্রিয়া। নির্বাচন ও সংস্কারকে মুখোমুখি অবস্থানে দাঁড় করিয়ে ফ্যাসিবাদবিরোধী ঐক্য বিনষ্টের চক্রান্ত হচ্ছে। রাজধানীর ইস্কাটনে পেশাজীবী নেতৃবৃন্দ ও বিশিষ্ট নাগরিকদের সম্মানে আয়োজিত ইফতার মাহফিলে তিনি বলেন, জাতীয় নির্বাচনের আগে স্থানীয় নির্বাচন হওয়া মানে ফ্যাসিবাদের দোসরদের পুনর্বাসন করা। নতুন যে কোনো ষড়যন্ত্র মোকাবেলায় সবাইকে সতর্ক ও সচেতন থাকার আহ্বান জানান বিশিষ্টজনরা। আকতার হোসেনের রিপোর্ট।
