Extraverts are confident and outgoing people who know how to draw a crowd. It’s no wonder they make great leaders, but what about introverts?

Can introverts be as successful as extroverts?

It’s no secret that people view introverts as the underdog of the workforce. They keep to themselves and are often overlooked for leadership positions.

Little do people know that introverts possess several characteristics that are essential to being an effective leader.

In this video, I reveal what makes introverts stand out, why they make great leaders, and when they can even perform better than extroverts.
