I sit there with the beat on repeat. I write out 8 bars at a time. I don't ever count syllables I just write it out and then add/remove words as needed. Usually one of these 8 bar sections becomes the hook. I can even come back later and immediately pick up the flow.

i jus thought of a dope idea for you coach i think will help a lot of artists , it'll be called "the full guide to being a rapper" basically a full stop plan to succeeding in music, naturally it would take a little longer than the videos rn but i think millions of artists would benefit from your hard work. thanks again coach!

What I do is I rap over the beat using my normal voice then I’ll try to turn it into a melody and it comes out good

I'ma show an example to the beat in this vid. Coming at u from the south. And baby u know what I'm bout. All these bitches tryna fuck with me. Simply for the clout. But they don't know what I'm bout. And they chose to go the route. That be ending witchu buried underneath the fucking ground. My songs are made up of 8 bar sections written out like so.

For all the talk about artists coming together and learning and growing, I tried making a free 20 minute phone call with the rap coach, I was immediately contacted on Instagram and told that "this isn't a songwriting hotline" even though it was advertised as a free consultation which literally means consulting someone, asking someone questions. He then cancelled my appointment. Idk where this cat gets off. But he ain't even giving any tips in this video. Something about syllables or some shit. Shit anyone reading this feel free to hmu and we can learn and grow together as songwriters and rappers without judgement and without the negativity.
