Thank you Akira Toriyama, for building our childhood. And telling the story of how a young lower class Saiyan became the greatest icon in all of Anime history.
I cried, thank you. from a japanese guy who started watching dragonball since 1986.
Its been one year since we lost Toriyama-san. Rest in Peace, you inspired many generations, and will continue to live on in our hearts.
Utterly spectacular tribute. Thank you for creating this friend.
Every moment. Every fight. Every step. Growing up with this show not only taught me to be stronger. But WHY. For your friends. Family. The people standing beside you in some of your worst moments. Akria Toriyama created not just the anime Superman we know and love. He created a legend one that lasted through generations. Rest well, and be at peace knowing we will fight on, with your hopes and ambitions in our hearts.
Work Hard, Study Well, Eat and Sleep Plenty. That is the Turtle Hermit way to learn. We Must Master the Art of Peace in Addition to the Art of War.
Here lies a teacher, a mentor, a legend, the father of anime, the father of manga, a sensei, a creator, and a person who had created a family of people who love his work, a doorway of escaping reality and going on a heart-felt story of a boy who grew up into the face of hard work and breaking limits. Rest in power, Akira Toriyama, keep training with King kai π Take our energy and break your limits. KAMEHAMEHA!!!!!!!!!!
Wer ist noch nach fast einem Jahr hier und kann kaum glauben das es schon so lange her ist Akira toriyama wir werden dich nie vergessen und all das was du uns hinterlassen hast und auch beigebracht hast .
I remember when I was in elementary grade. Our teacher told us to choose a particular topic that interests us and make a report about it. And then, I decided to create a report about the Dragon ball anime series. Well , it is as you expected that everyone will laugh at my work. But my teacher literally cried cause it makes her remember the time she first watch the series and saved her from killing herself. She was depressed and she said that this anime series saved her. Akira Toriyama is a warrior and a legend. I thank you as well for giving us the best childhood ever. β€β€β€ SOAR HIGH and REST IN PEACE.
Thank you for my childhood, Toriyama-sensei
Thank you for my childhood Akiria Toriyama. You will be missed. ππππππππππππππ
Crazy that Akira Toriyama made such a global cultural impact, we are driven to literally compose ballad's in honor of his work and stories
Dragonball has been there for me up until about 6 years ago, when I didn't need to keep it to myself and my kiddo started watching it with me. She's the only one that ever took interest in it with me once I graduated. Toriyama built this world that my siblings and I grew up loving, my daughter and I love and that goes so much further than I think anyone realizes. I'll be eternally grateful to him.
R.I.P Father of anime, Akira toriyama. No one will forget your legacy.
"Go Toriyama, and teach that dinosaur to ride a ball!"
Goodbye Akira Toriyama. You gave us some of the most memorable characters. The gentle, yet strong Gohan, the serious family man, Piccolo, The prideful Prince of the Saiyans, Vegeta, and most importantly, the Saiyan raised on Earth, Son Goku. Thank you for the memories Mr. Toriyama. Your legacy will be remembered as one of the best manga artists and the creator of the one and only..... Dragon Ball. Edit: 637 likes?? I didn't know i would express my feelings about this legend and expect all of you guys to agree! Edit 2: 857 likes!? I didn't know all you people agreed with how I described Mr. Toriyama and his characters this much! Edit 3 (final): Thank you for 1k likes everyone, I meant all of this as a tribute for Mr. Toriyama. He inspired me to work as an artist and train myself to become better. Remember everyone; work hard, study well, eat and sleep plenty, and stay safe.... that is the Turtle Hermit way! Thank you yet again, and rest easy everyone. Fly high Akira Toriyama... and have fun with King Kai! π
