Been secular music free for 23 years.... Praise the Lord.

@FOJudah

It's krazy when I think about how much I reveled in lyrics that promoted, and celebrated the destruction of our people. I'm forever grateful to Abba Yahuah for saving me, and renewing my mind. Now I will only spit bars that exalt Him, and edify His people.

@tyronegoins8532

That's crazy how numb we were to it. Crazy

@jinglejolly2022

😔ohh how blind and deaf we've CHOSEN to be ... Praise YAH for his patience, love, guidance, and WAY.. may we all be wise and courageous enough to follow. 🙌

@jeffreyortiz8361

100% true. Such a shame. May Yah help us. 🙏❤️🙌 Praise to the King!

@kimdramcneil642

Wicked! I can’t believe I used to listen to these things 😢

@brotherkirby9465

I Praise the Most High Yah for you my guy. So grateful to be on the right side of eternity on this thing. Yah is not mocked...Salute!

@FvntvsticGaming

Even now listening to this music, music I used to be fond of, it bothers me so much makes my ears scream and my spirit cry out. What have we done to our youth? We must repent and build them up in the spirit. The spirit of love, truth, comfort, light. Our redeemer, Yashayah Ha’Mashiac promised us that if He sets us free, we are free indeed. Spread the good news brothers and sisters. Pray for each other, pray for our enemies. Pray blessings and love and peace over one another. So that the life He gave us will be forever more with Him in Heaven. Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, and all these things will be added unto us. I pray this over all. In His mighty Sons name. Halleluyah. Amein.

@Graciousgr8ness

The conviction that came upon me while watching this. I personally think the music was hijacked n changed from a feel good music against oppression to this. Remember also that Gangster rap is one sub genre in all of what Hip Hop is.

@mika9916

I remember how ninja's would laugh at those lyrics thinking they said these things for shock value. They disturbed me and I wondered if they were into kids like that. Can't put NOTHING past NOBODY because we are beginning to see just how Hollyweird really gets down!!! 😮

@truthshallsetyoufree385

The deception is REAL! Praise YAH for opening my eyes to something I used to love.

@yahsfavoritedaughter

Hip Hop Died in real life for me when I Woke Up 🤷🏾‍♀️

@elwinnwalker5775

😢heartbreaking. Forgive us YAH

@imanisteel7960

I was 15 when I heard that DMX line. I was deeply disturbed…

@Ahch.

Yes indeed. We pick and choose what we want to venerate and hold in high regards. From NWA to Geto Boys; there are some extremely wicked lyrics in the music we "loved". Burn all your idols, their music, and cast the ashes into oblivion. I'm in my 40's and I remember these lyrics vividly. Kid-n-Play, Kwame, Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Dead Prez, Heavy D, Kool Moe D, MC Lyte, even Outkast... never said nothing wicked as this. I'm not giving these artists a pass. I'm pointing to a downward progression of lyrical content. Shalom

@christyisaac5332

I used to LOVE music like this. One of my favorites odly enough Three Six Mafia them dark beats used to have me hype. 😒🙄

@soupsandwich.

This is wicked bro.

@garynapper9001

Yes we were numb to a lot of these demonic doctrine’s in the music! Who the Son sets free is free in deed! I Corinthians 13:11
