"You know what success is, success is when your children want to be with you when they are adults" - GOLD

@cctreadway8962

This guy is a perfect combo of no BS, compassion, generosity and candidness. He's so honest I love it. Life is such a mixed bag no matter our choices, and he wears it all very well.

@walkjar-q7s

As an investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top-level investors become millionaires through investing. Buying assets may seem straightforward, but choosing the right stock without a tested plan can be challenging. I've been attempting for some time to increase the size of my $180K portfolio, but the largest obstacle is the absence of clear entry and exit plans. Any guidance in this regard would be much valued.

@ShaunLetang

Gold. There's something about listening to older entrepreneurs that you can't get from ones your age.

@shanebrennan4657

This is the most legit interview i have ever seen of a business owner. I love how no BS straight up he is.

@UncleStevesWorkshop

"You can enjoy your business... once you love it, you loose your objectivity " damn needed that

@UrryNation

I worked for Paul and he is such a kind guy. He is so smart it is scary. He knows people and how to treat them, we all wanted to work for him.

@bleacherz7503

Absolutely the most sincere, truthful interview of a billion dollar founder I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen many

@roseroland1998

If a good amount of folks do what you say, just imagine how many millionaires we already have or will have in the future. I have been looking at similar opportunities. As Noah noted, he has witnessed this occur frequently. Never did my Husband and I make more money than others in the middle class. With a $250k stock portfolio, we intend to retire at age 58. Never have we ever sold even one share of stock...

@giovanniburgazzi8931

The greatest interview I have ever seen. Never expected that he'd be so down to earth, laid back, relaxed & easy to talk to. His personality definitely played a role in his success.

@Aarrenrhonda3

I got 60k now and I got no where to dump bro, everything is jacked up in the stock market.

@MrX-vz1kp

I like the way he speaks bluntly, he doesn't hide the fact that he has done some mistakes both personally and in business, the struggles of business and the anxiety coming into success, and at times, the small wins that are then overshadowed by things going wrong...the depression and sadness that you have to nurture yourself...we should hear more from him.

@keis33

“Things ran beautifully without me, but whatever I did made it better”. As a business owner myself, that is the best quote I’ve heard in decades.

@timeless909

"You know what success is? Success is when your kids wanna be with you when they're adults." His words has so much meaning in them and you would have to know a little of everything just to understand what he's saying when he's talking broadly. Even I had a little difficulty comprehending what he means by what he says. Smart fella who's been through a lot.

@michaelwashington8456

So much respect for how humble Paul is. And he’s a straight shooter. The fact that he’s transparent about not being a good reader and how much luck playing a part in his success.

@dascathea1

My father never talked to me more than 5minutes. For years on years, I needed this. I didnt know I needed this. You changed my life. Thank you so much!

@jesusgaud8

“I walk from store to store looking for what employees were doing right.”

That is one powerful statement in how to describe the concept of leadership.

@rickbarrington

“Coolest thing I’ve ever been called in my entire life - Dad.” Truest thing. I lost my only son at 21 two weeks ago. He loved life, loved coming home. Having him in my life was my life’s greatest gift

@christophermills1733

I love how he’s so relaxed in his answers, no need to prove anything, simple and concise answers without trying to glorify things like so many successful people do. He’s successful beyond most of our wildest dreams yet it’s not even what defines or influences him.. super cool interview.
