Bryan Johnson's "don't die" is right!

@1000imps

Great talk!
Actually haven’t spoken with Aaron this deep (beyond Agerank) - he has several very interesting takes

@peterz53

Thanks. I like the idea of honing in on specific markers which change with age. I've been using Morgan Levine's PhenoAge for a while as it relies on a simple blood panel plus hsCRP. Each of the 8 markers are weighted with red blood cell distribution width (RDW), mentioned by Aaron, carrying the most weight. Being more rigorous with diet and exercise improves my RDW although I haven't tested fasting or DR. I'll also be checking cystatin-C now. Another marker I favor, based on independent studies of aging, is a DNA damage, with mild caloric restriction being an intervention which appears to work.

@JazzandFazz

heyyy love your work , how caan I get in touch to contribute.

@SAOSIN987

it looks like the website is no longer available and it's being changed to some type of paid service.

@allurbase

Don't we know how the germline maintains itself? Ain't that the Yamanaka factors?

@BartdeBoisblanc

This was an intersecting Sheekey. I think he has some good ideas about organizing information so it might be useful.

@ayasugihada

Aaand, age rank is gone, and it looks like the information will be paywalled. I just wish the data was easier acessible. Can do plots & analysis myself.

@astronics
