Sir mujhe weight gain and muscle gain karna hai aur mai pichhle 25 din se daily Takriban 2 ghante tak full body workout (chest ,arm,shoulder, back, abs,leg and hight increase exercise)  krta hu + daily cardio me 10,000 steps walk krta hu aur daily 7 se 07:30 ghante tak sota hu 
 but mera body patla hi dikhta hai aur collarbone bhi ekdam dikhti hai 
Lekin mere pass muscle building ke liye protein and calories proper nhi le pata hu sirf do time khana aur 1 time breakfast aur maine ghar pe hi peanut butter banaya hai to use bred ke sath kha leta hu aur week me 2-3 din chicken and fish khata hu aur daily 2 kele khata hu aur meri total calories around 2300 ke aas pas hai 
Sir Please bataye ki mai apne plan me kuchh changes kr sakta hu kya
Ya fir mujhe har muscle ko alag -alg din train karna hoga 
Jaise monday- chest
Tuesday -abs
Wednesday -shoulder and back
Thursday - leg
Friday - rest day
Saturday - full body workout 
Sunday- rest
