Xochitl's my favorite mind. She's got hilarious animations in her expressions.I'd eat hers as it's not overly spicy which is a flavor I never enjoy in any food cuisine. Otherwise, all look yummy and I'll eat it anyways. Wish there were more Mexican moms in this episode. I'll have to say Lulu's own is the one that will appeal to me first with the presentation!

crazy how we can all come from the same culture and still make different food. I've never heard of potato in enchiladas. The only enchiladas I grew up eating were enchiladas verdes(queso fresco inside) y enchiladas de mole, which I thought was gonna be the red enchiladas that they were talking about. I was expecting the plates to be DROWNING in the sauces too, ngl
Theres a lot of different types of enchiladas. Lulu's version is what we know here as "enchiladas mineras", which are traditional from Guanajuato and are made using chile guajillo and a potato filling just like hers! I think the moms would love trying enchiladas from morelia, which are made with chile ancho with papa and chorizo filling! I would love that enchilada gathering happening for you all. Sending lots of love from the capital, Mexico City! Here in the capital, I think we prefer Enchiladas Suizas, which I typically prefer in verde sauce. Soy chilango y soy su fan desde hace mucho.
