I really like this one. It has everything that makes it a signature "George transformation". It must be quite a weight off this tenants shoulders to have this lovely yard now. You are an inspiration, George. Great job! And a flat property to work on. Bonus for you. The bonus for me was the pressure washing. It just finishes things off perfectly.
