The Police Arrested The Man Protesting because He asked Punishment for The Judge who was Corrupted in this case and The Atul's Lawyer who instead of helping him out Framed him even more 

If the Judge was Punished then The judge would have opened up mouth about fake Police Complaints and Police ki bhi Dhoti Khul Jati
