Ukraine doesn’t follow trends, Ukraine creates the trends

@mekz91

Ukraine always brings something fresh, from rap to Beatles! Those guys know what they are doing!

@alexsalivens8605

This song is as fresh as a spring. I wish all Ukrainians a spring victory!

@buddhasmail8286

For me it's something between Freddie Mercury, the Beatles and a 70's rock opera... At first there was a complete rejection of the genre.... Just some kind of brain storm... But the secret is that the more you listen, the more you get a taste for it... And it's something unique...❤

@aivaras1236

Top 3 for now in my personal ranking

@marygun7577

Yes, this is not a standard ESC song, and I like it ❤

@gianok7714

Really love vibing to this song. Honestly one of my favorites so far

@kamifed8231

I can’t stop smiling too ❤ this song is so gorgeous

@lyalyalya2

It's pure art ❤
Musically it is indeed more complex and well-thought than the usual ESC stuff (even compared to the previous Ukraine's entries).
Bare in mind, most Ukrainians voted for this, so it is not an internally selected song. Also, with a better staging, and a vocalist, who is feeling better (he said he was ill and therefore very nervous during Vidbir), this may be competing for the top10-top15. This year is not really strong overall, sooo...

Also this will definitely stand out among a bunch of similar girl bops.

@PallasNaam

It’s definitely masterpiece. I love it

@markscholten2264

This is so unique yet so wonderful. Love the whole style and the female vocals are just stunning.

@natastudyN

Thank you for your thoughtful reaction! The chorus in English gives some idea about the song's message, asking the bird to share his heart with someone who cares for him and his bird (free soul). There is another layer in the lyrics: as birds return home in spring, which also symbolizes hope and a new beginning, there is hope in the song, that loved ones will return home as well. In the reality of a huge ruZZia's war against Ukraine (the flushing lights in the rock bridge bit could be made more obvious), millions of Ukrainians got separated from their loved ones either because they fled the war, or because their family members fighting at the front, and they all long to return home and reunite with their dear ones. Tragically, those who lost loved ones can reunite with them only in thoughts and prayers. This longing to return home or reunite could be relatable to anyone in the world being away from their loved ones.

@Fatima-rd9rv

I love the song ❤❤❤❤

@leonardorosi9968

Ukraine is a musical forge of incredible prowess!

@MaxLseN

This is the unique song! I love it❤

@lastivka_1

Thank you for your heartfelt reaction and comments! This song has definitely made waves, even more than Go_A did at the time. One thing is clear – it leaves no one indifferent. Some think it might not qualify, while others call it a masterpiece. Almost no one is on the fence about it :)

From my own experience, this song is a real grower. There’s something truly special about it. At first, I wasn’t sure, but by the third listen, I was completely drawn in. That’s why I recommend giving it a few listens to fully appreciate it. Each time, it reveals something new, like a good perfume. Sending love and gratitude from Ukraine 🇺🇦❤️

Bird of Pray blowed my mind in firsts listenings, because I tried to figure the complex melodic harmonies and decisions.❤❤❤
Also Ziferblat are good live performers and true musicians.
