What are some travel photography myths that have limited you or might still be limiting you? SHARE! 🙂

@omerekici9835

Your old pictures prove a lot about that a photographer with skills is way more important than the gear! Something I tried to explain a lot to customers as a camera salesman in the past. Practicing locally is a preparation for your travel photography. What is local and boring for you is not local for someone else and interesting for them.

@2011wk

thanks a lot, your seven myths are very interesting and are things that a lot of photographers indeed struggle with

@seanbirtwistle649

i'm not a travel photographer but i think tourist traps have a place when it comes to learning travel photography. you can plan around them and sort out a workflow that works for you. a few years back i did a solo road trip on a bike with the idea that i'd try get a ton of photos to share. 8000km later i was home and i think i took about 10 shots over the couple of weeks i took off. it was a good trip but i never found the time to do photography. starting out and wanting to do travel photography for a living must be less about amazing photos and just maximizing budgeted time so you don't starve in a world where once in a lifetime shots are free online

@RobJorg

7:30 what an experience your daughter has there and the memories with her dad and the places she went, she got pictures too

@JFW5358

Excellent advice and you show some stunning photos from your travels.

@juliette-mansour

I’m still enjoying and grateful for your message, Mitchell - especially when new gear like the Nikon ZF come out! Just when I get lured again into GAS one of your videos pop up. Also helpful to remember are your other points, like focusing on the story rather than making glamorous images. I am looking forward to your course, which I purchased and going to focus on during the holidays. Cheers!

@Rudy-WT

Very special insights man! Thanks for sharing✌️🙂

@richardnugent7035

Another exceptional session…. I always find it worthwhile to view your videos. Thank you.

@ИльяЩукин-о4ы

@HaiTomVlog

The better gear myth… I recently said to someone that better specs will not necessarily equal better experience. I think this point gets lost on some people, unfortunately.

@xhawathy5311

I really appreciate your thoughts and the way you share them and of course your photographic work and knowledge. Fore sure that as soon as I can, I'll be doing your courses, in the meanwhile, all the best for you and your family ❤

@theeclecticphotographerajr5372

Always a great watch, thanks.

How about a video about issues you made of had and how you got out of them.

I am sure you have had scary times.

Best.

@ioneoliveira5658

Simplesmente fantástico. Você conseguiu quebrar muitos mitos que eu acreditava e que me limitava. Daí a importância de postagens como essa . Aprendi muito sobre os segredos da fotografia. Obrigada 😊

@Paul_anderson_creative

#1 exactly... I travel the world full time to see places, meet people and experience culture... Photos are an addendum to that..❤

@astarodumov

I agree with all points! Couple of weeks ago I stacked watching videos about new camera, because it more compact than my Canon 6D. And I thought what I will take it with me more often and will photograph more. But finally I realize what I`m happy with my camera, I like quality of photos and difference in size not so significant to spend such a lot of money. I`ll better go to trip.

@shahilahmed8170

This is one the most Underrated Channel.
