It looks delicious, I think I will try this recipe, only I think I will add onion and bell peppers . really appreciate you giving us tried and true recipes, it helps so many by seeing it made and how it is supposed to look. If you don't feel it's a good recipe you dont post the recipe. I think it would be good over rice too. Thanks both of you.

Hi Marie & Calvin, I love fast & easy meals like this one. No taste test necessary as this is one tasty taco with all the right ingredients. I'll top it off with little sour cream & for me its a meal fit for a King or in my case a Queen. I made the beef bites & potatoes & loved it. Set a portion in the freezer for a quick lunch next week. Both crock pot meals are keepers so I've added them to my recipe can. Not to mention they are economical as they fit into my weekly budget for meals. Thanks for keeping the guesswork out of cooking.
