I’ve been using this rice cooker for over a year and I love the pants out of it. The non-stick coating is amazing and rice never sticks to it. The buttons have a satisfying squishy feel. The removable top lid makes it a cinch to keep clean. My only very, very minor complaint is that the default Steam settings is set at 40 mins but I rarely steam anything for more than 20 mins so I have to spend an extra 2 seconds adjusting it every time.
I bought the 10 cup one and I really regret it. Even though I got it at a cheap price, I am just one person and I can barely eat 2 cups of rice. It's like using a Rolls Royce to drive to work within walking distance.

Fuzzy logic is what I use to pick what to watch on Netflix when I'm high af. 😵💫
Hi Zojirushi. I’m in the middle of confusion whether to buy the Made in Japan vs China version. Could you please tell me what is the difference between this production?
What setting and water levels should I use when cooking jasmine rice?
I have the 10 Cup version and want to steam some fish, but most sites say 10 minutes is enough to steam the fish, but the manual says 25 minutes. How long should I steam the fish for?
Hello! What is the difference from this model and the NP-HCC10 model?
Hi, I have a NS-TSC10 rice cooker. After cooking the rice, the inner lid with the rubber bit in the center falls down. This has happened many times, is there a way to prevent this?
Hate that when cooker undercooked porridge I can't reset to quick cook to finish. As long as the unit is still hot you cannot change. I had undercooked rice pudding that I had to remove and cook on stove
My first use and i want to Jasmine rice; rice cooker instructions tells me if i use 2 containers (cup included with machine) put water level to the 2 of the pot. The website says for 1 cup of rice 11/4 cup of water. Please advise.
Hi, I just got this rice cooker and I tried, as the first time, to cook Gaba rice and broccoli in the steamer basket at the same time. Well, the rice turned out terribly sticky and dry, while the broccoli pretty overcooked. This is what I've done: I rinsed and washed the rice first in a separate bowl. Then put the water into the inner pan at the level 2 position, added 2 cups of rice (used the measuring cup provided)...SHOULD I PUT RICE FIRST AND THEN THE WATER or viceversa??? Anyway, I let the gaba brown rice to soak for 30 min (as suggested in the operating instruction/manual ) then I used the white/sushi course (as suggested) to initiate the cooking process (....why not the brown rice program???) Just before starting to cook I inserted the steam basket with broccoli and pushed the Start button. I don't know what I made wrong. I am confused. Can anyone help me to understand? Should I have to use the steam program separately? Germinated rice needs to be soaked out of the pan and then put soaked rice into the inner pan and the right amount of water in order to cook it right? Should I pour more water when steaming and cooking rice? To cook rice and steam veggies at the same time which program should I use? How about the amount of water needed? Thank you in advance
The detachable inner lid, do you take it off when cooking rice? Lid's handle is made of pvc plastic; is it toxic when heated to high temperature?
I just bought this cooker, can you tell how to set a clock? Thank You.
what is the difference between the NW-JEC10/18 and the NP-NWC10/18?
Not sure if I should get the 5.5 cups or 10 cups model.
What do you use the steaming basket for?
