@Zeroshiki

Man, the amount of times I say "I'll do it tomorrow" throughout week borders on criminal. Procrastination is the only part of ADHD that I haven't found a way to adapt to.

@andrewoats

Yesterday my tween was struggling to separate a multipack of facial wipes at bedtime and I pointed out she could just open the top package, get her face washed, and deal with separating them in the morning. She looked at me like I’m an idiot and said “but if I get it done now I don’t have to do it later and it’s not a tomorrow problem.” So yeah, she’s smarter than me and dodged the ADHD bullet.

@ThePortalTheory

On happy days I can laugh about it but are hard days it’s really tough to realize and exhausting. I appreciate these though.

Love the music 🎶❤ Procrastination big issue with me. More isolated I get, the more rejected the harder it is to face things I need to do.

@Spawn_of_Santa

Im like "Whats the worst they can do, throw me in jail? I DGAF"

@robinchildofgod5

Nah, I'm washing dishes and doing laundry. And scrolling 😅

@janettebiggs4550

Yes. I needed to send it off today. Yet I am dragging my feet.

@abomb9299

If I ignore, then the problem doesn’t exist.
Might seem insane to NTs, but to NDs it’s either logic or science, or common sense

@sophielazu6120

Aaah all day everyday

@tumbleweavesni6799

Yupp I'll do it 💤💤💤💤💤🤸🏽

@vvoof2601

Later, soon, I'll get right to it, in 5 minutes etc etc etc All just off to the void.

@its.avalinh

My adhd and ass brain: „I’ll do it later!“ „okay but you’ll do it!! It’s on the list so it must be done!“ „ok“ later: Do it all at once at 10 pm.
