There are multiple countries who drive on the left, not just the UK. Japan is probably the most well known. Both countries started on the left before cars existed (so on horses) and both countries are islands so there's absolutely no reason for either country to drive on the right. We were riding horses on the left since before America was even discovered.

Nick you were wrong about one thing - It was the M1 Motorway that saw an AC Cobra GT Coupe (Driven by Jack Sears) reach 185mph. The M1 runs from London to Leeds. Also led to the 70mph Motorway limit being introduced. The M25 was built around 20 years later.

You did it wrong, you take the lowest power truck you can and take the heaviest load you can (the train) and then you drive along the busiest road at 10-15kmh

There are many countries other than the UK that drives on the left hand side of the road such as where I am from, Guyana. (Guyana was once colonized by Great Britain so we have all the british people customs)

the tobii eye tracker is good, i have used it for years. It takes some time to adjust it for your way of turning your head tho
