I love like the rush I feel when rapping (belting too although I’m not good at it) it’s just so fun. For a long time I didn’t think I liked songs like that and also the rock genre but honestly I recently started watching anime and a lot of them use rock aspects in intros but they also use modern like song developing and idk words and I realized that in America the rock scene kinda just died and even where it is seen most singers cling to that older style rock so I was just never exposed to the kind of rock I like with high energy, powerful background music and instrumental , loud ofc, and you know just other of this rock aspects. And rapping is kind of the same story like I swear Japan just knows how to make songs 10x more fun
