Hell all, I am a Ghanaian and company in Missouri filed a labor certificate for me on 09/21/2023 and still not approved and how long does it take to approve a labor certificate?

Most companies will not entertain TN visas even when only a letter of employment is needed it seems to be too difficult for them. If a copy does not want to write a letter of employment that company is so lazy that you do not want to work for them just imagine how they will treat workers even if they do not need any immigration help.
