You dont actually have to wait the timer. I tried the no timer xp thing but it did not work but when i did the timer xp without doing it, it worked

If you want levels/xp just play bot lobbies (preferably squad no fill). Guarantee level each game.

I recommend doing skybox and getting the laser gun and hitting the chest with it if it stop giving you good XP just rejoin it
