No mention of over 8000 missiles filed by Hezbollah at Israeli civilians over the last year, saved only bybthe enormously expensive iron dome system. No mention of Hezbollah ignoring a UN resolution that it stay north of the Litani river. Is Israel really expected to sit and do nothing? I expect better journalism of you, DW

Most importantly, Hezbollah lost a big part of their ability to inflict a heavy damage to Israel’s heartland in case of major confrontation with Iran. Lebanon foolishly allowed to make itself a proxy for foreign power.., and it is unclear what kind of benefits Lebanon is gaining from this arrangement
