We have a checklist on our tablets. At set up, as we do each item, we put a real √ beside it. When we are tearing down, we remove the √ mark. That way we can glance to see if all of the items are either checked off or cleared.

@duaneb193

I was having issues with the ink rubbing off my slap bracelets - even the permanent marker would rub off a day or two later. I went online and found paint pens and bought a white one, and it works fantastic - little bit larger letters since it puts a bit more ink on them, but it stays on now with no problems.

I put my task bands on my arm and my husband wears his task bands on his arm. As we complete each task, we remove the band and put it in a pint mason jar. If I get done first, I'll go grab a task off his arm to help get things done faster, and vice versa! Works like a charm. Thanks for the idea!

I had been meaning to get some of these after seeing your video but kept putting it off until recently. On our last trip my husband, who is usually fantastic at remembering stuff, forgot to raise the levelers. I pulled off and heard a noise and stopped. Fortunately he didn't have them tight and there was no damage other than to one corner of a plastic block.

@delmarsbeensaved8569

OK I give up ! I'm searching your previous videos to find the temporary glue that you use to keep things in place when you're traveling. HELP!!😡. BTW Good luck with the PADI certifications

@tomboard1

You two did it to me again. I see a new video from you and my first thought is yay, it's Saturday. Then I'm crushed when I realize it's only Wednesday...

@tonyadeierlein9011

As a new subscriber, thank you for your service. I enjoy seeing the bloopers at the end.

@secondwind75

You had one job, Phil! πŸ˜‚ BTW, the rig looks spotless. Nice job on throwing crap on the bed and closing the door, there buddy! 😜 You see, you should never give away the behind the scenes stuff! Now we know your tricks- which I have stolen for myself. Who knew cleaning could be so easy- just close the door. Anyway, great ideas with the bracelets, Stacy. I’ve seen them on the wheel for quite a while. Have to say they’re much cuter on you than Phil, though. They tend to clash with his Navy and Broncos shirts. 🀣 Thanks for the tips, guys. βš“οΈ FWFS. Troy

@micstraitee01

Good Information. Before i went to the US navy was a semi driver. I used a daily checklist before and after driving. Checking even mechanical parts as well as surrounding area before driving and then at night for parking.

@godsdeliciousunknown

Great idea - we modified your idea a bit to use what we had on hand - clothes pins with labels from our label maker (had no idea how much we would use that in our rig!) we clip the clothes pins to the drivers seat belt to make sure we don't drive off without checking each one. Thanks for putting us onto this idea last time you made a video about it :-)

@dmetria

I've used the slap bracelets since seeing your previous video. I no longer put on my steering wheel, but I keep them together in a cabinet and put them on my table the day before (and start working on them). Things have changed and I really need to update some, so thanks for the reminder.

@stacysheets8811

Great idea. I have a spot on right by the door. Looks like a towel holder. But this will be the new slap bar.

@glamperjan

I use a flashing slap band for shutting putting awning in and unplugging

@merritt2251

I've been using the bracelets since I first saw your video about them q couple of years ago. As someone who's easily distracted, these are my favorite break-camp tool. I swear by them and have had lots of folks ask about them.

@harterbob

I guess β€˜m too old to remember these bracelets from my childhood. I like these shorter but frequent videos. Great idea!

@travelingcatphotos

LOL! We are not "there" yet but when we get there I'm definitely using your method! (And give me a tag if you are ever in the Monterey area...I gotta freebie for you!)

@brockpratt8459

Off topic love your videos the wife & I are looking at the Open Road 36LA what do you think? Any regrets buying a Tiffin?

@meganclevenger7786

Love the idea. Was that a flower or scrunchie you were sitting on?

@caroldavis5284

This is a great idea! We start our full time R.V. life in 3 days πŸ˜€

@joshuajarrell6600

Love your videos! We're planning to start full-time RV life in a few years and it's been great binging your videos for tips and tricks. So many things we would never have thought of!
