I ate at a restaurant in January and its now November and I felt nauseated last night, CLEARLY from my January meal and I want my money baaaaaaacckkkk
I think the customer is so used to having hair extensions she forgot what her natural hair feels like.
So I have COMPLETELY changed my mind since the last video. At no time does she mention she's showing 'before' pictures WEARING EXTENSIONS and that her 'now' shots are her unstyled hair.
Damage shows up right away, not weeks later. So her before pics she's wearing extensions and the after she isn't and she wants people to believe that was her real hair and all breakage? She'll never win in court. The hair stylist should sue her for all the phony negative reviews and her defaming videos.
HELL NO. The fake reviews are enough for me to side with the stylist. ESPECIALLY since she knows how much reviews affect a business because she owns a tattoo studio!
When my hair got over processed, i was pulling strands apart before i even left the salon.... it was damaged immediately. This lady messed up her hair some other way. Hard water, friction, stress, extensions damage brittle, fine hair. Asking for a refund for every service she's had, is ridiculous.
I didn’t realize Emily had extensions. Of course she lost all her length! The length was because of the extensions. She took them out so of course her hair looks completely different. The extensions completely changed my mind on this situation because her hair now looks EXACTLY like she has had all extensions removed. She didn’t even mention extensions in her first video.
I believe the hairstylist. No way did Emily not take screenshots of the messages if she really sent them. I would only refund her for the 28th not the rest of the appointments she has. If she was losing hair in clumps where are the pictures? Also getting people to leave a bad review is wrong.
This sounds like her budget got tight and now she's trying to get money back. Also she left so much out of her complaint. She made it seem like it was one appointment, didn't mention the extensions, didn't mention the offer for a refund , didn't mention the police report confirming no assault, didn't mention her 13 friends, and so much more.
Hair extensions, color and tension on the hair will cause damage to your hair. Especially if it’s thin/fine hair. Also, she does not deserve a full refund.
Like I said in the first video. I am a stylist of 22yrs. A blonde specialist and an extension specialist. If this was damage from lightening her hair would’ve fallen off that day. 100%. When you leave the salon, the responsibility is 10% the stylist and 90% YOU! She wants a refund for the extensions SHES STILL WEARING! No. No. Nope.
Why would she get refunded for hair extensions when that’s unrelated to the alleged damage…? She’s claiming the damage is due to over processing (which would be evident immediately) yet wants a refund for unrelated services.
19:42 But she absolutely DID bring them in by naming the salon and encouraging people to leave fake reviews. That doesn’t just affect the one stylist. It affects everyone who works there.
I remember Emily. I caught her trying to roast the work of tattoo artists that have autism and when I called her out on she called me and several others idiots. She's nasty.
Asking people to leave bad reviews for a service they did not receive is a horrible thing to do. This has happened to me and it’s devastating, it really hurts. We’re not big corporations and struggle to make a living. Its horrendous and evil to do that to someone
5 weeks to show damage no way! funny she never once mentioned she was wearing hair extensions. shes a scammer
Couple issues the client conveniently forgot to mention: 1. client was wearing extensions in her before picture 2. client had the extensions removed before taking the after picture 3. client requested MORE extensions after the initial service 4. client WAS offered a refund (contrary to her original video statement) but rejected it twice 5. stylist did see clients hair in person after complaints which they then took the extensions out at an appointment 6. client enlisted friends to make fraudulent Google reviews to try and get her way 7. client has a high stress hobby (jiujitsu) 😢that requires her hair to be out of her face It doesn’t take 5+ weeks to notice damage. Clients hair looked uneven from the before pics w/o extensions. The full refund for the services provided on the day you claim damage your hair should’ve been sufficient.
What she offered as a refund is correct in my opinion. She should only be refunded for the color and not the extensions. Curious as to what kind of extensions were put in as some can cause hair damage as well.
I'm in the military and we used to have to have our hair up. It absolutely does and can damage your hair. That's why they changed the standards for allowing ponytails.
