Wanted to ask as looking at velomobile, I prefer 2x but wonder what is best 2x11 or 1x12? (1x12 be easier to get set up and mainly cover range but I'm not a fan of 1x)

I just checked my deore 12s and the tip of the back of the derailer is scuffed through the black paint and into the bare metal because my b limit wasn't properly set ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
