this is how i have beenmaking it for 5 years... longer than the masterchef's professional life... only, my friends & neighbors & my mandir community knows about it... & I am oretty much fine withh it when some one 45 years old comes to me & tells her husband, this is my didi, whomakes the best khichdi in the world, better than my mom...I had it when I was 7 have never forgotten it... 😀...How many of my white & black & Spanish & Latino neighbours knock at my door when I am cooking, & unabshedly ask to eat whatever I am cooking
