After watching your video, i understood that i was doing negligible amount of Cardio, hence my results are coming in a slow speed.
Tuesday= Back shoulder bicep + 40Minutes cardio Wednesday=2Hour Cardio. Thursday= Chest shoulder Tricep+ 40Minutes Càrdio Fryday =2Hour Cardio Saturday= leg day + 40Minutes cardio 🔥❤😎. Sunday= 4Hour cardio 😂❤
