#Rule 1 : Calorie Deficit ( BMR*(activity multiplier) - 500)
#Rule 2 : Exercise (5-6 times per week )
#Rule 3 : Cardio (gradually increases from 35 min - 60 min )
#Rule 4 : Rest ( Sound sleep )

This year is resolution to get health right til summer. Now 50% protein is very much for my BMR. I do cardio and machine weights for all muscle group. I am hitting gym since last three months but not able to drop fat percentage. After watching your video, i understood that i was doing negligible amount of Cardio, hence my results are coming in a slow speed.

Tuesday= Back shoulder bicep + 40Minutes cardio
Wednesday=2Hour Cardio.
Thursday= Chest shoulder Tricep+ 40Minutes Càrdio
Fryday =2Hour Cardio
Saturday= leg day + 40Minutes cardio 🔥❤😎.
Sunday= 4Hour cardio 😂❤
