Sprained my ankle hiking in Iceland, and had to go on an absolute hunt to find Tylenol (or the Icelandic equivalent). It's not available everywhere, like it is in the US...we had to find a pharmacy, but we picked up an icebag while we were there, so it was worth the hunt. Fortunately, ice is not hard to find in Iceland!
