Your videos two years ago changed my life. It started with a pinched nerve in my neck and led to radiating numbness in my hands. I had no idea that sore neck and tingling was actually anxiety until I found your youtube channel. I followed your advice and went on a fitness journey!! Its been amazingly helpful. 38 years old and have suffered for 13 years. No end in sight… the body aches and pains have kept me trapped in this forever. At this point I’ve just accepted this is forever.. I’ve tried it all. My faith has helped the most but I still deal with it daily

Tristan, thank you so much for these videos! You are such a motivation for all of us! I get the idea, but for me it is extremely hard to reconcile with my heart palpitations and sense of adrenaline pump especially when I run or swim! That is the hardest part! Can you give some tips or an example when you love to train and have trained for years and suddenly feel so weak by these sensations!

Can stress cause who body skin heat 24 hours from past 20 days. My temperature when i measure go upto 98.7 degree. But my skin feels very hot like I have temperature is more than 100 degree.

Did you ever deal with a freezing sensation on your body? It’s like someone it holding an ice cube to my bones. It’s so hard to believe this is just anxiety, it’s ruining my life.

I don't think I'll have ever get over this I'm scared I'll have a heart attack or a stroke I can't do breeding exercises in shaking now as im writing this I'm sick jn my stomach bad from it and I hsved s bad back and the pain is keeping me scared.
