I swear this supreme court is handled by those uncle aunties jo moral policing karte hain. I think there are laws against indecent behaviour or something but dhang ke decisions chhor ke sab bakwas karwa lo. I don't think it's the 4th pillar of democracy in India. It's the sewer of democracy now, worst commentaries on some nonsensical issues. Get on with it Supreme Court. KIIT wala issue daba diya sabne bloody deranged people. PS: The Ranveer joke was the worst, shouldn't have said it.

@kenietiwari9622

Ironic how I once he video of politician saying "girl should enjoy rape" yet he didn't face anything, but Ranveer career almost ruined just because he said copied joke.

@Dangerous_Doc_

Supreme court needs reforms.

In my village, the song "Teri Jaan Kasam Le Lamba" is always played on high speakers and at full volume on weddings, no matter if there are kids or older people around. But no one has a problem with it, which is bizarre to think about🤯

A very nuanced perspective. As a law practitioner, it is something which i’ll definitely consider while interpreting Article 19; though this is highly subjective, therefore, a bit tough to apply directly but still it's an aware opinion. Also, I think, this is the reason why the elders in our society are too prompt when something with the likes of this happens in the society; maybe, they see the social code breaking as opposed to what they were used to. Hence, question of morality comes into play. But, this is my query - Are we really a collective culture? I say this because, maybe, except for the social demeanour, we really don't care for the society; in some cases even less than highly individualistic Western cultures. For eg - civic sense, law abidement, respect etc. I say this because, when I analyze it deep, I find Indian society even more individualistic than western ones. I’ve been to some of the western societies and surprisingly their basic empathy and respect towards others, as an entity/individual/community is much higher than what I have experienced here. This is what gets me confused. If you could please provide a perspective, that'd be really helpful.

It's not about decency and morality, the supreme court judges is fight for their ego and their statements shows arrogance, and egoistic behaviour.
And prove their supremacy as a dictatorship.
If you read the statement given to Samay Raina

@adityaporwal_

Very beautiful video bhaiya, all the things which you are stating today, always lied unconscious in our brains, and to theorise and observe so intricately takes a lot of intelligence and efforts, self observation, retrospection and keen observation of social conditions of various societies, kudos to you for doing this work and letting me think deeply and critically, slowy I'm improving

@meme_machine_1947

Brother this new thing where u added summary was so good.

@rishabhpathak7527

This is the biggest problem of collectivism. That is why it is so difficult to choose a path that differs from the norm, in any dimension of life, be it personal, romantic, professional etc. in such a society.. and it is quiet evident, especially in a place like India, that the cultural norms bring more harm than good to the society.

@AnnoyedIndoorPlant-ek4qh

I love you man, you’ve helped me become better.

@sanamdeepsingh9255

My first intinct was to disagree with you, but it is coming from the point that we as a community should we be more open and which is subjective. What you did here was you watched it objectively and studied what behaviors we have and how we can incorporate or adapt to such behavior and use the best of it. Thanks for the new perspective.
