If i remember right ford was only allowing vegatatian meals. Another thing was that he made them work 9-5 through the hottest parts of the day. Before this they would get up before dawn and work until midday when they would take a break during the hottest part of the day hefore getting back to work when it was cooler, he also banned soccer if i remember right.

Nah...Ford's biggest mistake is building the worlds largest automotive plant in Gorki Russia. It gave Russians technology (assembly line) that they had no where withal to come up with on their own.
With an assembly tanks can be built for world wars.
War is good business for FORD!

Ford subsidiaries in Germany helped build the troop transports trucks that sent Germans into battle against US military with the profits going back to Dearborn.....
