I am 73y.o and have severe osteoarthritis however YOUR video offered to me ,in very lo g time, your's. That i can finally conceive to present self NOW. A. Do Able for MY ol der sorely body. That transition from chair to boat was fun... even for someone who is still working on finding a way to not groan when she hears the words "boat pose." These intermediate classes are THE BEST!
