Question is Tailored Brands a Registered Agent? They offer to assist with setting up LLCs. If so what is the difference between North West and Tailored brands?

If you set up an LLC in another state, and an AirBnB in another, do you need a registered agent in both states?  Or which location do you need the registered agent?

I just made an LLC this week in New York and it got approved and they said they will mail over the certified copy and the certificate of existence. I didn’t see anywhere that I had to publish this in the newspaper tho
