The fact that many people are defending Air India here is one of the biggest issues with the country today. We are so blinded with NATIONALISM we can't even take valid criticism. Just because any entity is associated with India, doesn't mean we should not call it out just because we're Indians. Forget calling out the wrong, we, at times shamelessly, come out in defence and start blaming the person for DEFAMING our country. Instead, we should be criticising the entity in thr wrong for that.

People pay huge ammount of money and in return they accept minimum outcomes. People try to cover it up with Nationalism so that nobody questions it, "Be happy in what you get" yeah sure then I can also pay minimum and tell them that they should be happy what I've made them get. If you're gonna give me mediore services and expect me to be happy, why cant I make a mediocre payment to you and expect you to be happy?

I traveled from delhi to Frankfurt last week from Air india. The infotainment system wasn't working but I was prepared since I downloaded movied on my phone but guess what Charging point didnt work either. On top of this, my seat reclining didn't work. I asked the crew and he told me you can watch movies on the wifi portal but my phone wasn't charged. I told him my phone isnt charged but he kept on repeating that watch movies on wifi. He ignored my problems.

And the worst thing is, the only flight in India which has the best services and travel experience, Vistara, has now been merged into Air India. Vistara is now ruined.

3:49 So true bhai, my father recently went to India on Air France and his experience was phenomenal compared to Air India. Comfortable seats, nice food, entertainment, neat and clean. All at the cost of 40,000 Rupees, meanwhile Air India wanted more than 70,000 Rupees for the same flight. 😅
