What a life saver you are, Jules! I get sludgy when I sit around -- Newton's Law of Inertia and all that. You get me up and moving and I feel like my  life force has returned. I can go on about my afternoon or evening and just feel good. It's getting difficult, at times, right now, with the awfulness unleashed 'down here' and I need to put my spirit in a better, lighter place. Your workouts!

This is by far my favorite workout. Love the moves and music. Would love for you to make another video with 30 second intervals/30
 minute workout with these same exercises and music!  I have finally graduated from gentle to beginner. 65 years old and getting stronger. Thank you for your videos. You are changing lives ❤
