That whole thing was so staged, I’m thru with this show.
I'd charge those parents every time their daughters interfere with a showing. Just like with renters who refuse to allow the agent to show the home to buyers.. the homeowner can be and should be charged for the inconvenience because it truly does mess with your ability to do your job appropriately which may impede your ability to sell the home and receive your commission
Josh was too easy on the kids. I would have told the mother in no uncertain terms that if her kids did anything else to sabotage the listing, it would cost her. And, yes I do feel that this season is staged.
Go back 10 years on any Bravo shows and you see reality tv
Here's how you sell a multi-million dollar listing. 1. Get a real estate license in California. High School diploma not required 2. Beg for a listing where the money is - Malibu Beverly Hills Santa Monica Newport Beach Laguna Beach West Los Angeles Dana Point 3. Stake your claim and your name 4. Wait for someone with money to walk through the door that wants the house 5. Keep fingers crossed until escrow closes 6. Take credit for the sale
In what universe would the three girls be left there without their parents while the real estate agent is there to show ppl the house? I mean, the parents do want the house to sell, right?
These daughters would be on the street if they ever did anything like that to me if I was sleeping a house. That’s just beyond entitled.
That young woman is an 'international model' looking to buy a $9million home? Sure.
I love Tracy but her segment was staged as well . So your telling me she had one day left to find a buyer or else she would have to tell her sister she doesn’t have an offer and just by luck during a heart felt talk with mom , and cameras there the call came in for offer . Final hour . Fake !
It's about showing sellers the types of things that make the selling process harder for your real estate agent.
This is the most fake and cringie edit I’ve seen, you can tell this guy is acting. That’s how you know they don’t know what else to do with the show anymore
I watched this episode last night. Those young girls were being little brats if you ask me. I understand that they want to say and not move out but what they did to Josh was mean. No one could do their work. The mother should have taken them out for a couple of hours. Take them to eat or go shopping something. This was so embarrassing for Josh. I felt really sorry for him.
What's with all the hate & criticism??? 😎🤓 I'm still a fan of OG Josh Altman 😇
Hey Altman JFTR Flag , and the brothers James and David got you Outclassed by a long Shot
Is it on tonight?...I don't see it on the TV schedule
Did they say....How did this woman with the brats get her money? Who is she or who was she married to?
I’m so glad to see all the comments that is exactly what I came here to say. This show , with this episode literally brought down my intelligence to such a low that I didn’t know I could feel that stupid. It’s like they made an entirely different program all in one episode. As long as I mute this show then I’m good with looking at all the beautiful mansions and that’s about it. Can they blame this on the pandemic too? Are all the producers with any talent sick with Covid or are they collecting unemployment too? lol Or maybe they didn’t get vaccinated so they were fired? Haha just joking. But seriously, who are the people in charge of editing and producing? Was it those 3 little girls that were in charge of this show? Seems to be. Lol
The parents have to punish their daughter when they mess with agent why are the parents not there
I like the 3rd house the best.
