Arcane was a cinematic masterpiece i would pay to watch in theaters
I liked how Vi & Cait couldn't comprehend reality warping around them, but Jinx didn't even notice it because her sense of reality was warped from the beginning.
The fact that the choir is a prayer to Janna in Shuriman is so FREAKING COOL!
This song makes act one's climax perfect jesus the choir part gives me goosebumps
Three long years, and it was worth every god forsaken second.
Y'know, I find it funny that both Woodkid's songs in the show can be summarized as "you fucked around and found out".
"How does it feel to reach the line that no one ever got to cross?" What a line, Woodkid
Woodkid is gonna burn his own wood if he keeps dropping fire like this
This is why you let creatives cook. 3 years between the 1st and 2nd season? If they had needed a 4th I wouldn't have mind, this was worth the wait.
They really said "Y'all thought the Sevika vs Smeech fight was hard? Let us cook again"
Arcane should have been in theaters
Vi: This is the worst day of my lifeβ¦. Singed cooking up Warwick: The worst day of your life *so far*.
literally binged the whole 3 ep as soon as it got out now I gotta suffer waiting for another week listening to this masterpiece in loop πππ
The sequence where this song is played in the show is Cinema.
Arcane was more than a show, it was a revival of how animation should make you feel.
That Choir is... everything.
Holy Fuck, the fight sequence. Interspersed with Jayce's revelation... so much emotion. The cinematography and music. Absolutely cooked with episode and music.
Best sequence in the whole show. I LOVE how they managed to seamlessly bring seperate events and delicately coalesce them together to create a single sequence; underpinned by this majestic piece that completely kicks all your senses into overdrive. The level of immersion this all creates is a drug bruh, I love art and the humans that make it possible GRAHHHHH.
I just realized in Woodkid - Ashes in blood "How does it feel to reach the line that no one ever got to cross?" and "Does it make you a god now?" in Twenty One Pilots - the Line "Will they still let me over? If I cross the line?" and "What could be my final form" ah Riot.....what a masterpiece of work/art/writing/music this is
