I started to drink decaf coffee and it made me feel good. And regular coffee made me feel so much anxiety and bad thoughts
I am going 100% caffeine free - I am a few days in and the side effects have been brutal. I attempted to ease myself out using Green Tea, but then cut that off as well. It's incredible how caffeine grips us.
If anxiety is an issue, then you should opt for the arabica type coffee, not the robusta type or the mixture. 100% arabica beans are less in caffeine and gives just the right amount to wake u up but not trigger jitteriness❤

Infusion of herbs are the best for me. From time to time I drink coffee or tea. But whenever I exceed, in whatever is bad for me, coffee, alcohol, smoke, meat and milk I notice it the days later immensely. What a beautiful channel to take care of ourselves. Thanks 💚
Ughh I had a coffee today ..with cake. Bad combo. Sugar and caffeine. It's now 130 am here. I had this at 8pm. And I'm still awake and suddenly a full panic attack kicked in. Sweating. Nervous. Heart pounding dizzy . Just siting here distracting myself with videos. I also got into an argument earlier. What a day. What a stupid thing to do, caffeine and sugar to ease the pain of the argument. Never again. I'm paying for it now.😢😢
