Hi Toya, Thank you for your insightful video. I have a question regarding my situation. I hold a post-graduate degree in HR and project management, with one year of experience as an HR Manager. However, since the competition is tough these days, I’m considering switching careers for now, at least until I get my PR. I’m thinking of taking a PSW course and applying for a job as a caregiver/PSW. Do you think taking the PSW course is essential? Also, if I am still doing this course and receive a job offer, can I apply for PR directly, or do I need to wait for six months of work experience first? I’ve already completed my IELTS and my score is 495. Thanks,

Hi I just want to be certain, you said there are two categories that would be open for us to choose from. One is for those with experience that are applying for pr directly and the other is for someone that needs 6 months experience before applying for pr. So here’s my question the 6 months experience for the latter would it be done while on the job in Canada? Like more or less like teaching us while on the job in Canada?

Hi Toya, The IRCC web says about work experience for caregiver pilot as "have recent and relevant work experience." Is it should be from private home experience or any institutional setting like nursing home, so if it is private home how to prove? 😄😄😄
