I notice a lot of similarities between korean and japanese, in terms of sentence structure and cognates. After learning japanese for a while and then learning korean i felt like it was easier now that i have a mental framework for japanese and can mostly use the same mental framework for korean, just with different words. As a korean speaker how do you feel, do you think its one of the easier languages to learn?
