As someone who's show got rescheduled and I now can't attend, what got me most was the fact they could not even APOLOGISE. No 'sorry', nothing. I'm so glad I paid an extra fee for cancellation coverage and can get refunded. So unprofessional and shows how little they care for their fans.

Back in October I had booked flights, hotels and more to go see them in Vegas and they canceled a month before the concert. No apology or statement on their end. I’ve been a fan of them since I was 13…so they’re quite a disappointment in that sense

It’s been worse for their fans in México 💀 here in Guadalajara (México) they had a concert date for 2022 and it was “postponed”… They haven’t said anything about the new date until today, even though they are coming back to Mexico this year (to others states). A lot of people are still waiting on the refunds for their tickets .

I just saw a facebook post of the mexican fandom of Jonas Brothers being really upset bcuz they've been waiting for a refund of cancelled dates here since 2 YEARS AGO.

They did this on their North American tour as well. They postponed their show in Grand Forks, ND due to “logistical issues” less than a week before the show, then refused to give refunds because the show was going to happen, just at a later date. They eventually completely cancelled and people are still struggling to get refunds let alone the money they’re out for travel, etc. Turns out the “logistical issues” were actually that they got a “better opportunity” that day to play College Gameday instead.

im upset at them bc during their north american tour they randomly cancelled shows and never addressed why. i can’t imagine how the fans feel over an entire leg being rescheduled/cancelled

The issue is the jonas brothers are nothing like artists like Taylor swift, who literally continuously built onto their music empire. They had broken up for several years. This is them trying to rekindle what they had before but it just doesn't work that way.

a friend had tickets for their munich show but they rescheduled it to ONE DAY BEFORE THE START OR OKTOBERFEST. so obviously hotel prices are insane, absolutely poor planning on their part

Coming from someone who considered herself a Jonas Brothers fan and has seen them live multiple times, this is just the tip of the iceberg. They seem like such sellouts now and their last album felt so disconnected and rushed. The veil is being lifted and I feel like a lot of us are finally seeing that all they care about is money.

You should see how a lot of kpop groups are. These days, they travel the whole world and never cancel, even if a member is absent.

Celebrities usually cancel shows for emergencies such as an illness or a loved one is ill or just passed away. I remember reading bout how John Mayer had to cancel his concert cuz his dad was hospitalized. But watching the arrogance of the Jonas Brother happily announcing that they r cancelling shows due to "exciting projects" is plain rude.

Them having an “eras tour” is kinda ridiculous considering they basically did when they had their comeback tour. They revisited hits from their disney days and even sang their solo songs 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also the fact they changed an entire leg, just cause they wanted to is insanity. I understand changing things if their was some sort of conflict but just doing it for “other projects” sounds super money hungry
