The "i can't wait to post this" is giving mean girl vibes. Being 21 is not an excuse to be like this. At least the MUA has grown a platform on tiktok, but you can tell she was hurt by the actions of this girl, not the makeup removal but her mean energy behind her back

One specific thing that I notice, is the MUA said at the trial the bride loved the lip color, but in the bride's video, you can hear her bridesmaid friend making a comment about the color the MUA used and whatnot. I'm wondering if the bride folded under comments other's made about the makeup, like nitpicking at it, and then changed her mind on how she felt. It would explain why she looked and seemed so happy to the MUA originally, and wouldn't be surprising with that kind of mean girl mentality we're seeing in that original video as well, since they all have to have a hive mind imo.

On my wedding day my bridal bouquet showed up and was royal blue. It was supposed to be white with greenery. I was so upset but I called the florist and gave them a chance to correct it. I was not happy with the redo because it was the wrong flowers but the shop was closed and obviously just working with what they had to try and fix it. They refunded me for the flowers. I thanked them and my best friend went to the grocery store and made me a bouquet. I didn't leave a negative review of the florist because I believe it was a mistake and they did what they could to fix it. Now it's a funny story and I have my grocery store flower bouquet framed. People need to stop running to social media to destroy businesses for every mistake and miscommunication.

This situation is so confusing. How was the MUA supposed to make her happy? If she didn't like it, she should have said something and asked to have it fixed. It genuinely seems like she refused to communicate with the MUA so she could get a viral TikTok.
