That was my wifeβs favorite song. On the way home from her funeral I was driving her car and I reached up and turned on the CD to listen to music and this came on causing me to pull over for a few minutes. It was like she was telling me she was still with me. I listen to it at least once every two weeks and remember our good times. My beloved MD I miss you.
43 years later, this movie still makes me cry like a baby! πππ
superb movie should have won the academy award for best picture period, it was clean, beautifully done & just extremely good.
At age 90 how I wish I could go back in time and....... there are special individuals we will never forget, nor do we wish to. They were our loves.
When my oldest sister was sick with cancer, she insisted that we watch the movie over and over when I would come to take care of her. Her husband had just passed away 18 months before her and it was their favorite movie. When she died at the age of 49 we played Somewhere In Time theme music at her funeral. When I hear this beautiful music it doesn't make me sad. Instead it brings back the sweet memories of watching the movie with her.
There won't be another romantic film as good as this even in a thousand years! It has everything. You name it!

If you've watched this movie and it didn't bring tears to your eyes you have no heart. I'm an old man and this movie touches my heart every time.
My wife and I watched this beautiful movie together, so heart wrenching couldn't talk just held her hand and kissed it often until the movie ended. My beautiful wife went to Heaven in December 2020. She was 76 and I'm 67. How I truly wish that like in the movie I could travel back in time π We're from Chicago and one of our most memorable trips was driving to Copper Harbor Michigan. Now this movie and wonderful music is so much more meaningful and heart stopping. I know that men aren't supposed to cry but the pain anguish and suffering of losing half of my soul (the better half) is so unbearable that I'm not ashamed to admit that there hasn't been a day that I haven't cried for my beautiful wife. She died in December leaving me alone to die every single day since π
I'm 70 years old. This is the best movie I watched, the best song I heard. π₯°
I met him in New York many years ago with a theater friend and I cry every time I see this movie and the fact he's gone away.π
This film changed my life, I have seen it over 25 times and still feels the same every time. The soundtrack is phenomenal, acting is great and will never get bored of it. First time I saw it was over 40 years ago. A true masterpiece in every way.
When he runs his finger down on the page and stops at his own name I get goosebumps. Such a beautiful, sad yet sweet movie.
I saw this on VHS in 1986 and its stayed with me for almost 40 years. Exquisite movie.
My favorite movie favorite song . I still cry
One of the most underrated yet brilliant movies ever. Way ahead of its time. Chris Reeve and Jane one of ππ the most beautiful screen couples ever. Rest in peace , Chris.
With tears coming down β¦.. what an absolute beautiful movie showing a love so profound that time and distance canβt diminish it. Simply breathtaking!!!!!!
Has been my favorite movie for many years. I love the storyline, music, and the cast's great acting, especially Jane Seymour and Christopher Reeves (RIP).
