Nice clean presentation! Thanks!. A tip I figured out: If you add &"M " after the last closed parenthesis, the result will display the resulting number with an 'M', if you then add a comma ampersand and write the same code for days as you explained and type &"d" then the result will be a tidy 2m 20d for example. I use this all the time.

1/1/23   to   2/1/23      +         =DATEDIF(B1,C1,"M")&"m "&DATEDIF(B1,C1,"d")&"d"               =        1m 31d

Nice, thanks! I was just going away when DateDif was not showing up without entering the ( How would you do if One date is showing Date with Time and another is showing just Date and Some records are showing only Begin Date but End Date is empty. How would you solve this scenario? Thanks

@SyedMuzammilMahasanShahi

@juliusjaypepito2379

This is really great sir. But can you also show the formula for date of expiry notification? Let's say notification 7 days before date of expiry. is it possible in excel? ty

@davideastham

Will this also work if the dates I have in the spreadsheet have the time zone listed or does it have to be removed first? I have a spreadsheet where I'm trying to calculate between a start time and submission time and the date that includes the time zone.
