I started working in care as a student in December 2023, after my schooling I was given sponsorship on a skilled worker visa this January, is it possible I can add a dependant on it when I get married, especially if the person is here in the Uk?

Hello Tochi. I had a COS of 3 years with another company, which my son is under. Recently, i got another COS that my son was not included due to the April 2024 new rule. Wrong! You can come with dependents if you earn 38700 as a care worker. If not, you cannot come with dependents
