Understood. However, not everyone has consistent income job. I mean, some may have with limited hours of work which account for at least 2 to 3k a month, at best. Also, I know you took $50k a year as an example. But, i believe its still a hurdle to go with 50k yearly. And your response might be that it depends on whish state we live in and the expertise in the industry of real estate and whatnot. Correct?

I've been thinking for a while now to invest to real estate although where i live the rent goes up to 1000 euro/moth which is about 1100 us dollars but the property prices are similar to the one you mentioned in the video, around 100,000 euro so the profit wouldn't be as good, do you have any ideas for that?

Can I just say that this video is the FIRST I've seen to simplify and clarify the big picture of real estate investment! I did prior research but other videos focused so much on smaller aspects, 1,000 steps, and technicalities- I felt confused and intimidated and even considered quitting before ever even trying cause it seemed too complicated for me to try. But now, after watching this, it is easier to understand the general steps and jist of this type of investment! I am open to trying again. Thank you very much, I needed this. 😭🙏
