This is not fully correct. Visa stamping in India for valid H1-B petition approved candidates is not a that of an issue that you can’t visit your parents. I have stamped twice. Getting an appointment date for the visa interview is a hassle. The real choice is the willingness to meet your loved ones in India.

H1 is designed for modern-day Slavery by US corporations. They can get plenty of people here in the US to work but they want H1 so they can pay a low salary and they can't take many vacations nor can they leave the job for another employer don't forget stress and a minimum of 50 hrs of work at least. So understand the drawbacks. Please don't take a look at only $$$$$ bills.
