@pjloveschoccymilk

I deleted social media apps and started spending more time with my friends IRL, started drawing again and spent time with my family. Life's so much more colorful now :D

@otter-pro

Don't forget to sleep well, eat well, go outside for a walk, do something fun, learn to say "no" to avoid overloading your schedule, and avoid toxic relationships. It's not a suggestion, it is a requirement, if you want to avoid burnout.

@Broseph_GG

You don't need results.
You don't need an audience.
All you need is inspiration.

@SikandersDesiVlogs

Step 3: rest without guilt! That resonates with me, it s the most difficult one I find. At the same time, it is really the most important as well. Loved the video!! Thank you for sharing!

@hoot10

One and a half minutes in and I said, "I NEED to follow this creator." Your vibes are so great and the aesthetic is calming. Your voice is soft like honey diluted with warm water - not too sweet. I hope you care for yourself the most during the burn out phases. They never last forever. :)

@7im

1.	This vlog is full of positive energy, reflecting on yourself and encouraging others.
2.	You have many small video clips, and only those on the same frequency can truly feel the emotions in your videos.
3.	A long time ago, I went to Jeju Island, casually found a coffee shop to enjoy my coffee, woke up naturally, then hiked Hallasan. At night, I went to the city to have barbecue in an alley behind a university, sat in a square listening to aunties playing various instruments, and tried to embrace the beauty of a new place.
4.	Sometimes I feel like I could say I’ve never been to this world, that I’m too small, but when I try to explore it, I feel like I’m everywhere.

@flacbin

feels like a warm comforting hug, midst my clutter life. i liked what you said about changing your environment, it really feels better being in a different surrounding, life doesn't feel stagnate

@dothings4life

I cried when she said: "Or you need to find a new passion and that's fine too". I always told people that swimming was the love of my life, but now I lost my passion for it. I blamed myself. I feel guilty because I don't love it anymore. It's even worse that sometimes I'm not sure if I really lost my spark for it or I need a break or I'm just a loser that isn't consistent and disciplined enough. I don't know. It really breaks my heart to think that I lost the passion for something that I swore I loved it until I die.

@AstrovvCha

girl, the quality is just, awesome. its like a mini movie- wow.

@yorikimkim3726

Your video truly deserves 100 million views because you're right about resting and feeling guilty about taking care of myself ❤ I wish you a great time

@xiny_n

What a lovely video! I dont think i've ever had a sort of spark or passion other than art. Scrolling seems to feel like its taking over my life, I look at how much time i spend and feel so guilty, but I never seem to do anything to change it, I don't usually comment to reflect since i've always used it to boost others, so this is a bit new. I'll be trying to follow these and make the rest of my life, just how I want it. Thank you :))

@WilliamRandomUploads

you're doing good Megan, don't be too harsh on yourself

@lisamariareiter

Another amazing video, Megan. I totally get what you mean about losing your spark. Been there too (longer than I thought) and it absolutely sucks. For me, it was the constant overload from fast-paced social media that drained my creativity. Changing my environment helped, but what really brought me back was finding your channel and Riza’s. Your creative vlogs reminded me why I love creating in the first place and now I’m finally making content that actually feels like me again. I just give it a try and my love for filmmaking is blooming more than ever. And with this video, you made me feel like I’m not alone in this. It sucks that you lost your spark too, but seeing you get it back is honestly so inspiring. You have such a unique way of capturing life and I’m really glad you’re sharing it with us. 💛

@meghanamjain

megan,honestly this video was comforting. everything u said abt the losing of spark being normal and getting it back after a pause ,and enough rest and everything u said, everything, everything was so soothing.
the visuals which u give us is absolute cinema. i really ,really appreciate it. every lil detail, i absolutely love it! that when finding spark again: u step into a lightened room into a field of flowers. everything. great work megan!!!

@UnJadedJade

Megan this is so beautiful. Forever in awe of what you create <3

@eliskac2173

that is such a relatable video. I've been finding my spark again after being burnt out from my routine and I absolutely love how you share the important thoughts of the process but don't ramble about systematic solutions for 20 minutes straight like other creators do (I'm not saying I don't sometimes need those videos too, just not on this topic :). the video calmed me so much during my busy day, and flew by so fast. thank youu❤

@AshleshaKosare

After listening your thoughts I relate with your situation I am a student struggling with my goals.
Your video make me feel good and motivated....😀

@Chlorinated

Megan I am new to your channel but I know what you create truly does inspire so many others! Including me! :)

The way how you connect with others with your stories is absolutely special and its something I find so amazing!

I have someone new to look up to now :D ❤

@Neeintje

Resting without guilt is real and hard 🥲

@Granger016
